Refund policy
I want you to love your Jayne & Wick purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email me at hello@jayneandwick.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds: Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned or used.
